The acceleration threshold for the motion sensor to enter moving state.

Within the specified time period (<moving effective period>), the
number of times that acceleration value collected by the motion sensor
is greater than or equal to the set acceleration threshold (<moving
threshold>).

The overall effective period of time when the acceleration value
collected by the motion sensor is greater than or equal to the
acceleration threshold.
0: The acceleration value collected by the motion sensor is greater than
or equal to the acceleration threshold (<moving threshold>), the motion
sensor will enter the moving state, and the number of times exceeding
the set acceleration threshold (<moving peak count>) will not participate
in the calculation.

When the acceleration value collected by the motion sensor is less than
the acceleration threshold (<moving threshold>), the device starts to
count the effective period of the motion sensor entering the stationary
state.
