drv_flag	Drive flag. The drive flag which cause the upload. 0: center server request real time monitoring command 1: automatically and fixed to upload 2: center request current Position and Status command 3: to sync with the current uploading video
coord_type	Coordinate type: 1 character. 0 - WSG84, 1 – Mars coordinates, used by Gaode map, 2- Baidu coordinates
pos_type	Position type: 1 character. 0- GPS, 1- base station location， 2- WIFI position
