Available today: LeaseControl updates

In December 2022, we released LeaseControl, a new vehicle lease management software. With LeaseControl, vehicle financing and leasing companies as well as BHPH car dealerships have all the necessary tools covering specific lease GPS tracking needs and helping to secure high-risk deals. In this article, we present the first important updates that will open to users new possibilities with LeaseControl. 

SDK

LeaseControl is a reliable turnkey platform for leased vehicle tracking. But what if the company operating in the car loan market needs functionality that goes beyond GPS tracking? In this case, we provide an opportunity to expand LeaseControl’s set of features by using access to SDK — a set of tools for developing customized solutions.

The vehicle leasing companies often have third-party or in-house ERP systems for business process management. With the LeaseControl SDK, they will get an opportunity to exchange data between existing ERP and our solution expanding their options in managing leased fleets. For example, they can set up sending data about customers with overdue payments from the ERP to LeaseControl where a group of debtors will be automatically created. For the formed group, a separate notification with a payment reminder or a command to block the car’s engine can be sent. 

Data retention period increased

Being able to access historical data and analyze it is essential. But we also know from our partners that sometimes working with data is delayed until later in order to solve operational tasks. After carefully studying this issue, we decided to increase the data retention period from 30 to 90 days. Now users won’t lose important information in the bustle.

With this update, LeaseControl’s users can browse vehicle driving history for the last three months, more accurately analyzing data received over this period, and ultimately making data-driven decisions.
