Aliaksandr Kuushynau,
Head of Wialon, Gurtam
“At Wialon, every day we are creating more and more opportunities to incorporate IoT technologies into various industries. Together with our partners, we can create telematics solutions that will fundamentally change the way we think about businesses.
As an essential part of our work, we educate users opening their eyes to the opportunities the technologies can give them. And it is truly amazing how our partners are growing their technical expertise in telematics, IoT, and the areas their customers are working in. We do not just help optimize clients’ operations but also we build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between us, our partners, and their clients,” says Aliaksandr Kuushynau.
Though hosting its own IoT project of the year contest, Gurtam gladly takes part in other industry-specific competitions, such as IoT Innovator Award. Aspiring to stay in the heart of the telematics domain, the company wants to be aware of the ongoing and emerging trends and tell of IoT benefits to businesses worldwide. Participation in contests opens doors to these opportunities.
Anastasiya Eroho,
Head of Marketing Department, Gurtam
“We are happy to take part in this contest and gain several nominations in rivalry with such tech giants as Nokia, Sony Semiconductor, and Siemens. It’s alright that we haven’t ranked first in all the categories. Even with the bronze award, as, for example, in the nomination IoT Cloud Platform, Commercial and Industrial, North America, we still appreciate being on the top three list together with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Our success in various nominations is another proof that Wialon’s striving for innovation shows results, and that we and our entire partner community are doing it right,” believes Anastasiya Eroho.
Нeld for the fourth time, the IoT Innovator Award contest celebrates excellence in various areas of Internet of Things, with separate awards conferred for different international geographies. This year’s winners include major market players, such as Microsoft Azure, Hitachi, Siemens, and Nokia.
At the contest, Gurtam presented its flagship product Wialon, a GPS-tracking and IoT platform with over 3,100,000 units connected worldwide. The company works with telematics service providers and technology partners to deliver feature-rich and cost-effective solutions to end-users globally.
