LoadHub e-Transport Platform App

LoadHub is the 100% specialized platform for RO e-Transport compliance, designed for Romanian and international carriers operating transport activities on Romanian territory and required to monitor shipments using UIT codes.

Starting January 1, 2026, legislation requires the transmission of GPS coordinates to ANAF for all transports monitored through the RO e-Transport system. Failure to comply with reporting obligations can result in penalties of up to EUR 10,000 per noncompliant transport, with responsibility falling on the carrier operating the vehicle on Romanian territory.

Through direct integration with Wialon and others GPS providers already in use by the fleet, LoadHub fully automates the monitoring and reporting process, without requiring additional equipment, changing the GPS provider, or manual operations. Positioning data is automatically retrieved from the existing GPS platform and transmitted to ANAF in the official format required by the authorities. Once the UIT code is received, LoadHub automatically activates transport monitoring, transmits GPS coordinates to ANAF, and manages the closure of the route when the vehicle exits Romania.

For fleets that do not have a compatible GPS system, the platform provides a free mobile application for drivers,fully automatic available on Android and iOS, developed specifically to meet RO e-Transport requirements. Through an intuitive interface, dispatchers gain full visibility over transports and the status of UIT codes, managing all operations from a single platform. Implementation is fast, fully self-service, and can be completed in approximately 15 minutes.
