LoadHub e-Transport Platform App

LoadHub is a platform built specifically for RO e-Transport compliance, helping Romanian and international carriers meet the legal requirement to transmit GPS coordinates to ANAF for all transports monitored through the RO e-Transport system.

Starting January 1, 2026, carriers operating vehicles on Romanian territory must report positioning data to ANAF for every UIT-coded shipment. Non-compliance can result in penalties of up to EUR 10,000 per transport.

Through direct integration with Wialon, LoadHub fully automates the monitoring and reporting process. GPS data is retrieved from the existing platform and transmitted to ANAF in the required format — no additional equipment, no provider changes, and no manual work. Once a UIT code is received, LoadHub activates transport monitoring, transmits coordinates, and manages route closure when the vehicle exits Romania.

For fleets without a compatible GPS system, LoadHub provides a free mobile app for drivers (Android and iOS), developed specifically for RO e-Transport requirements.
