How does activation-code billing work in Wialon Hosting?
With activation-code billing, Wialon partners can purchase codes with a fixed validity period. A unit becomes active in the system when a valid code is assigned to it. Once the paid period ends, the unit is automatically deactivated. This option is well-suited for scenarios such as cargo tracking during delivery, seasonal monitoring, or fixed-term leasing projects.
Can fleet owners buy Wialon products directly from Wialon?
No, as we are committed to our partner-first model. All Wialon products are delivered exclusively through our global network of telematics service providers.
Is a trial version of Wialon available?
Yes. Telematics service providers that are not yet Wialon partners can contact sales@wialon.com to request a trial. Existing Wialon partners who want to test another Wialon solution can contact their Partner Success Manager.
Are discounts available for Wialon?
The functional discount depends on feature use per unit and account and may apply to Wialon Hosting. The turnover-based discount depends on partner business volume over a defined period and may be available for Wialon Hosting and Wialon Local. For Wialon Hosting, these discounts can be combined.
