Fleet management

Maintenance by Asset Track helps fleets keep every vehicle serviced on time. Connected directly to Wialon, it tracks maintenance intervals by mileage, engine hours, or calendar days and shows what is coming due or already overdue.

The app works with live data from your Wialon account and does not store it outside Wialon. Completed jobs can be recorded with parts, labor, costs, locations, attachments, and links to service intervals, so the next due date is recalculated automatically.

Key capabilities:
- Fleet summary: View upcoming and overdue maintenance, recent services, and total costs at a glance
- Flexible intervals: Schedule service by mileage, engine hours, or days, set advance reminders, and apply intervals to one or multiple unit
- Live status: See whether each interval is OK, Due, or Overdue based on current odometer and engine-hour data
- Service log: Record completed work, parts, labor, costs, location, and attachment
- Automatic rescheduling: Link completed work to an interval to calculate the next service date
