Asset TrackMaintenance is a dedicated tool for keeping a Wialon fleet serviced on time — tracking service intervals by mileage, engine hours or calendar days, flagging what is due or overdue, and recording every completed job with parts, labour, cost and attachments. It connects directly to Wialon with your own account or token and doesn’t store data outside Wialon, so you always work with live and secure information.
Key capabilities of Maintenance
- Summary: fleet-wide status at a glance — what needs attention, recent services, total cost
- Service intervals: schedule by mileage, engine hours or days, with advance notice per axis, applied to one unit or many at once
- Status tracking: every interval marked OK, Due or Overdue against the unit’s live odometer and engine hours
- Service log: register completed work with date, odometer/engine hours, location, parts and labour lines, cost totals and file attachments
- Link a registered service to its interval so the next due date is recalculated automatically
- Per-service PDF export, including attached documents
- Data export to CSV, XLSX, JSON and PDF for reporting and workshop records
- Available in English, Spanish, French, Russian and Swedish
