EPDC Dispatching System is a system which automatically dispatches field engineers to failure locations and has different subsystems like a web and a smartphone application. This solution has been integrated with the telephony system of failure reports delivered by citizens and subscribers. If a report comes to the system, it decides which engineer is the best one to solve the problem. Anything in this solution is automatic and is monitored for future references.
