Listings in the Marketplace other than those provided by Wialon are products and services (each, a “Solution”) developed, operated and supported by independent third parties (each, a “Developer”). Wialon does not develop, test, certify, endorse or warrant any third-party Solution, and listing in the Marketplace does not imply any such testing or endorsement. Any contract for the supply, payment, support, warranty or liability of a third-party Solution is concluded directly between you and the relevant Developer. Wialon is not a party to that contract and disclaims all liability for third-party Solutions to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
