JaxiCloud Fleet Management App

JaxiCloud Fleet Management offers an integrated solution for reporting drivers’ driving, working and resting hours from the tachograph and driver’s card. It ensures that drivers comply with the rules for driving and resting times. Additionally, the system helps you keep your fleet optimized. The Tacho Live application offers a user-friendly dashboard where clients can seamlessly track their drivers’ status in real-time, the detailed information like availability, connected units, location and DDD file report.

The application provides a comprehensive overview of the driver’s driving and rest times through a series of progress bars. It tracks the Continuous Driving Time, showing how much time the driver has been driving continuously and how much remains before a mandatory break is required the Daily Driving Time is monitored, indicating whether the driver is within the 9 or 10-hour daily limit.

The Weekly Driving Time is also displayed, summarizing the total driving hours for the week.

The app also highlights any Daily Driving Time Exceptions, showing the number of 10-hour driving days taken within the week, and Daily Rest Exceptions, indicating any reduced rest periods (9 hours) in the past two weeks. Lastly, the Weekly Rest Exception feature informs the driver if a reduced weekly rest (minimum of 24 hours) has been taken within the two-week period
