22 June, 2020

Connectivity is an essential aspect of any solution. That’s why we decided to gather the leading players of the connectivity world (mobile network coverage, satellite connectivity, routers) and discuss the pros and cons of using this or that data transfer technology for certain projects.

This is what we will be talking about on June 25, during our next online meeting: Connectivity. Choosing the right technology for IoT. The invited speakers will elaborate on the benefits and peculiarities of their technologies, what business niches are the best for them, and what limitations and risks you might face when implementing a certain connectivity type.

The issues we’ll cover during the discussion include:

  • GSM, satellite connectivity, routers. How can we get the best out of each technology?
  • Which technology meets the customer's needs better? Analyzing the use cases together.
  • What risks and challenges can the service provider face with the different connectivity types?

Who will benefit from the meetup:

  • Telematics startups;
  • Companies that plan on occupying a new market niche (for example, moving from vehicle monitoring to warehouse machinery control);
  • Companies that want to optimize connectivity expenses.
