TSP Buddy App

TSP Buddy is an AI agent for Wialon that turns questions into answers. Fleet managers ask in plain language and get clear results (tables, charts, and exportable files) without building custom reports or dashboards.

1) Ask simple questions for quick answers

• “Total distance for Unit 37 from Aug 1–31?”
• “Total idling time for Fleet Alpha in the last 7 days?”
• “How many overspeed events did Driver A have yesterday?”

2) Ask open-ended questions for deeper analysis

Drop in spreadsheets and TSP Buddy will analyze them alongside Wialon to answer business questions—e.g., real cost per km by project.
Example: Traffic fines
A fleet receives a spreadsheet of tickets. Instead of manually checking each fine and hunting the responsible driver:

• Upload the fines file and ask: “Identify the responsible drivers and their mobile numbers for each valid fine.”
• “Create a CSV with ticket ID, driver, and contact number.”
  TSP Buddy cross-references Wialon trips/events, validates details, matches driver assignments, and outputs a clean, shareable result.

4) Help for users new to Wialon
Not everyone knows where every feature lives. TSP Buddy is trained on the Wialon user guides (version-aware), so users can ask:

• “How do I create a geofence?”
• “How do I change a unit’s profile details?”

This reduces simple support tickets and helps train new staff. For white-label deployments, the bot can reference your branded docs instead of naming Wialon.
