5 reasons to attend the upcoming Telematics Vilnius 2023

Telematics Vilnius, the biggest Wialon partner conference, will be held in Vilnius, Lithuania, on December 6-8, 2023. In this article, we share some details about the upcoming event and reasons why you should consider Vilnius as your trip destination at the very end of the year.

1. International community

The main goal of Telematics Vilnius is to gather representatives of the Wialon partner community in one place. Our community unites telematics service and connectivity providers, hardware manufacturers, and Wialon-based solution developers working in over 150 countries. Each of them stands as a prominent regional or global player in the telematics and IoT industry.

No matter if the Wialon partners work with agricultural businesses in the USA or with long-haul transportation companies in India, they accumulate experience and knowledge that can be helpful for other community members working in other parts of the world but with the same industry sectors. Thus, Telematics Vilnius serves as a focal point of attraction, offering the partners to explore new solutions and uncover the Wialon functionality that they might not have used before.

2. Multitrack agenda

The two-day conference agenda will provide various formats for participation. There will be presentations, panel sessions, and workshops to accommodate topics and cases that require diverse approaches to the discussion. 

As always, we will take a look at recent projects and find solutions to make them even better, discuss innovations in the industry and share plans and ideas for the coming years with each other. 

The third day of the event will be entirely dedicated to face-to-face meetings, so the participants will have ample time to meet with the Wialon specialists for individual consultations.

3. App for networking

We strongly believe that networking is power. To make this powerful tool more convenient, versatile, and functional, we’re introducing a dedicated networking app.

The new app will replace classical business cards, allowing participants to input information about themselves, learn about other attendees, chat and schedule meetings with them, and save new contacts directly on personal smartphones. 

4. Technology expo

The technology exhibition will run both days of the conference. For hardware manufacturers and connectivity providers, the expo will be a unique opportunity to showcase the latest hardware devices and connectivity solutions being released to the target audience. The participants, in turn, will get an opportunity to be the first to see the new offerings in the telematics market.

5. Christmas preparations in Vilnius

Gurtam’s headquarters is located in Vilnius, EU, so here is where we create a very special and warm atmosphere for our event guests. In December, during the conference days, the city takes on a unique charm, with beautiful street decorations, festive Christmas markets and skating rinks. The participants will have a chance to make the most of their time in the conference rooms while also delighting in the pleasant city surroundings.
