Challenge
SIBUR Tobolsk, a huge petrochemical plant, faced the problem of transporting employees to the workplaces. Many of its several thousand workers were out-of-towners who did not know the city well when they arrived. The plant needed the tool for the centralized transportation of employees to their workplaces. Thus, making working conditions comfortable for everyone.
Solution
Wialon partner, PK SKT – GPS software company, suggested using NimBus application for passenger transportation management for this project.
- Specialists built up 300 routes in NimBus, set up schedules and stops, and trained dispatchers to edit and reassign routes and rides if necessary.
- QR code, provided by the company, links to Locator with the bus location on the map in real-time.
