Striking gold with Wialon: introducing the partner status system

We’re excited to announce that starting August 6, Wialon will introduce Gold and Silver partner statuses. This change will help us honor the achievements of those partners who have contributed most to Wialon’s growth and elevate our offerings to them. Keep reading to learn more about the extra services unlocked by new statuses.

Why statuses matter

Over the past years, the Wialon partner community has grown impressively. It now includes more than 2,700 companies in more than 160 countries.

In every case, our collaboration is mutually beneficial. Wialon provides tools to help partners develop their businesses. In turn, our partners’ success contributes to Wialon's expansion, so we are always committed to delivering the best service to them. 

To recognize and assist partners who have significantly impacted Wialon's growth, we introduced Gold and Silver partner statuses. It means that respective partners will receive extra services and priority in request processing, while the rest will benefit from our regular partner support. 

This structured approach not only acknowledges hard work and dedication but also encourages growth and development, driving the overall success of the Wialon partner community.

About 500 companies have earned Silver status. If you’re one of them, congratulations to you as well! This impressive achievement is the result of your hard work.

To everyone else in our community, keep moving forward! Every partner has the chance to grow their business with Wialon, achieve Silver or Gold status, and enjoy the benefits. Silver and Gold: navigating Wialon partner statuses

The status depends on how many vehicles the company has connected to Wialon. 

Our partners can find status criteria and the full list of benefits for Gold and Silver partners, with regular services available to all by default, at my.wialon.com.


Some extra services for Gold and Silver partners include: 

  • Guaranteed response time for Technical Care Level 1: 3 hours for Gold and 6 hours for Silver partners (12 hours as a regular service for the rest). 
  • The possibility of getting on a call with a Technical Care Level 2 specialist for Gold partners.
  • The option to discuss strategic and partnership-related questions in person with the Head of Wialon and the Head of Business Development for Gold partners. 
  • Custom educational sessions with the Partner Growth team on a requested topic: up to 5 hours per month for Gold partners and up to 2 hours per month for Silver partners.
  • Project implementation support: up to 25 hours per project for Gold partners and up to 10 hours per project for Silver partners.
  • Assistance with reviewing tender documents for Gold partners.
  • Priority in receiving end-customer requests forwarded from Wialon: high priority for Gold partners, medium priority for Silver partners.
  • Wialon community reunion opportunities:
    • An unlimited number of invitations for employees for Gold partners and 3 invitations for Silver partners.
    • Badges indicating Gold or Silver status.
    • Invitations for panel discussions and speaking slots.

Crucially, the status system is designed to ensure that every partner has the opportunity to achieve the Gold level by connecting more vehicles to the platform. The current partner statuses are assigned based on the numbers at the end of July and will take effect starting August 6. They will be reviewed annually by January 10.
