Telegram Wialon Super Bot is the easiest way to work with Wialon via Telegram chat. Different categories of users can use the bot:

technicians can check the most recent message from the unit and see all parameters;
logisticians and managers can generate standard reports to view data on trips, fuel consumption, and engine hours directly in a message via the bot;
any employee can get full information about the unit status.

One of the most popular features is an in-built capacity to request a report on a unit or group of units from the user’s account. The platform generates a report for the selected time period and sends a PDF to the Telegram chat.

The Wialon Telegram Super Bot can work in a one-on-one chat or in a group. To do this, just add the bot to the Telegram group and provide administrator permission. The bot is open to all group members with the same settings.

At the start of your work with the bot, you need to set up its work with Wialon Hosting or Wialon Local, specify the service address, access token, and license key of the chatbot. One license key can work with one Wialon access token. The number of users is unlimited.
