North America, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa have already had their moment in the spotlight — now it’s time to head to Central Asia. Let’s see which fleet management service providers from the region have earned their place among the Wialon Top Partners.
Wialon Top Partners is our annual ranking that highlights the companies connecting the highest number of vehicles to Wialon across 7 regions: Africa, APAC, Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America. With over 4 million vehicles connected worldwide, it’s a snapshot of how our partners grow, compete, and shape the fleet management landscape locally.
This March, we’ve been taking a trip around the world, revealing the rankings region by region. Now we’ve arrived at our 6th stop — Central Asia. Any guesses yet as to who made it to the top?
A market in motion
To keep the suspense going just a little longer and set the broader scene, let’s take a closer look at the local market first.
Central Asia is a diverse region, with each country developing at its own pace. In the past, much of the activity here was driven by partners from Russia. After Wialon’s exit from that market, partners from other Central Asian countries have taken the lead.
And if you look at the region as a whole, a clear pattern emerges: fleet digitalization is no longer seen as a “nice-to-have” competitive advantage, it is becoming a true business necessity.
Kazakhstan remains the region’s largest and most mature market. After years of rapid growth, it is now entering a more stable phase, but at the same time, customer expectations are becoming more sophisticated. Fleets are no longer just adopting telematics — they are using it more strategically, with a particular focus on fuel control and safety.
New opportunities are also emerging in sectors that are becoming more digitally driven. Agriculture is a clear example, as government-led AI and digitalization initiatives are increasing demand for smart farming solutions. Construction is another. In 2025, the sector expanded by over 15%, with more construction sites opening up and more vehicles and specialized equipment needed to keep them running — driving the need for tighter fuel control and more reliable asset tracking.
Azerbaijan is firmly in a growth phase, steadily reinforcing its position as a key logistics hub in the Caspian region. As the Middle Corridor — a major trade route connecting Asia and Europe through the Caspian region — gains momentum, freight traffic is increasing, which is expected to drive demand for improved route control, fleet visibility, and operational efficiency.
Beyond logistics, we also see growing opportunities in construction, energy, and agriculture, where fleet management is becoming a practical tool for cost control and operational transparency.
Uzbekistan is emerging as one of the region’s most promising markets for fleet digitalization. As transport and logistics capacity expands, customer needs are gradually moving beyond GPS tracking toward more advanced, value-driven solutions. This shift is supported by ongoing government modernization efforts, with transport development roadmaps and digital logistics tools helping build a stronger foundation for connected operations. Another trend worth watching is the rapid growth of electric vehicle imports, which is starting to open up new opportunities for EV fleet management and charging infrastructure management.
Kyrgyzstan is a smaller but highly focused market, where practical business needs shape demand most directly. Fuel monitoring remains the top priority, as rising fuel costs make consumption control and theft prevention critical for transport companies. Leasing is another area gaining traction: in Bishkek and Osh, continued growth in taxi, delivery, and car-sharing services is driving interest in vehicle leasing solutions.
At the same time, the development of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan multimodal corridor is increasing traffic along key mountain routes such as Bishkek–Osh. Combined with difficult terrain and harsh weather conditions, this is making video telematics and driver behavior monitoring essential for safer operations.
Central Asia has a very distinctive rhythm today. What makes the region so interesting is the way different forces are converging at once — large-scale logistics shifts, digitalization efforts, and very practical, day-to-day business needs. Together, they are creating a market that values flexibility, and that is why Wialon continues to grow here: it can support both large transformation projects and the daily realities of fleet operations.

IMG from Uzbekistan continues to set the pace in Central Asia, holding the #1 position for the 4th year in a row.
Staying in the lead for 4 years is one thing. Growing stronger along the way is another — and that is exactly what IMG has done. IMG is a well-known and respected player in the market, and in December 2025, it marked its 16th anniversary. Over that time, the company has grown far beyond an ambitious local business, becoming a technology partner for more than 2,000 companies across Uzbekistan and making a real impact across entire industries. My sincere congratulations to the team! This result is a strong sign that you are on the right track.

Point.kz, a Wialon partner since 2012, has returned to the ranking with a strong 2nd-place finish. DELTA CONTROL SYSTEMS made an equally impressive move, climbing from 8th place last year to 3rd this time.
At #4 is GeoGPS from Georgia. The company is behind several notable projects in the country, including the modernization of the Georgian Railway’s train dispatch system and the implementation of a cold chain monitoring solution for one of Georgia’s largest pharmacy networks.
Next are 2 companies from Azerbaijan, CaspianNavTel and GPS Solutions, with CaspianNavTel making its first appearance among the leaders. Another newcomer is SERVICE LTD, which also becomes the first company from Kyrgyzstan to break into Wialon Top Partners.
SPECTRUM returns for the 3rd year in a row, while ТОО Aqcomm adds another fresh name from Kazakhstan, further strengthening the country’s presence in the ranking.
Closing the list is GS Monitoring from Armenia — one of Wialon’s longest-standing partners in the country, working with us since 2010.
