The Wialon Top Partners 2026 tour has reached its final destination.
For those joining us for the first time: each year, we recognize the partners who connected the highest number of vehicles to Wialon across 7 regions. In 2026, we've been publishing the results region by region throughout March.
From the rivers of South America and the highways of North America, through European capitals, across Asia Pacific, over the plains of Africa, and through the steppes of Central Asia — we now arrive in the Middle East to complete this year’s ranking.
Before we reveal the winners, let’s take a closer look at what shaped the market here in 2025.
What this year's ranking reveals about the Middle East
The Middle East fleet management is heavily driven by government regulations — from mandatory data sharing for certain types of commercial vehicles to strict local data storage requirements. As a result, telematics stopped being an option, and in many markets — especially in Gulf countries — connected fleets became a legal requirement in sectors such as car rental, logistics, and public transport, forcing the entire markets to mature.
This dynamic was particularly visible in Saudi Arabia. Government initiatives such as the Wasl platform — a centralized system for monitoring commercial land transport — have significantly raised expectations in fleet management. Businesses, from startups to government entities, are moving beyond basic vehicle tracking and demanding advanced fleet analytics and driver behavior monitoring. Systems that support API integration with Wasl, including Wialon, unlock massive fleet data for telematics service providers.
In 2025, we saw over 50% growth in the number of vehicles connected to Wialon in Saudi Arabia. Most were added to Wialon Local — a solution in demand across the Middle East as it helps companies comply with local data hosting requirements.
Beyond focus on compliance, there are other regional trends worth noting:
-
Video telematics is gaining momentum. Fleets are increasingly adopting DMS and ADAS cameras, often using video safety as their very first step into connected fleet technology.
-
Asset tracking is expanding. Improved hardware lifespan and rechargeability are opening new use cases.
-
Insurance telematics is emerging. While still early-stage, it is attracting growing attention from market players.
Now, it’s time to congratulate the winners.

Integrated Solutions takes first place — their third consecutive year at the top of the Middle East ranking. A Wialon partner since 2013, they have built a commanding presence in Iraq, particularly in large-scale government projects.

Special congratulations to Integrated Solutions! They were among the first to see the potential of Wialon in their local market and to build a successful business around it. This is a great example of how, when professionals have the right product, they can develop, adapt, and deliver it to the market — and achieve strong results.
Their competitive spirit is also clear. For example, in 2024, they won the Grand Prix at the IoT project of the year for a fleet management and security solution for petroleum distribution in Iraq.

Traking Systems from Saudi Arabia claims 2nd place. They have built a strong reputation for taking over large fleets and bringing them into full Wasl compliance quickly and reliably.
Genesis Tracking (Saudi Arabia) secures 3rd place. They operate branches in major cities, such as Riyadh and Jeddah, and have 11 retail workshops near industrial zones. The team is particularly strong in technically demanding projects, including cold chain and cargo monitoring.
The broader Top 10 highlights the region's diversity. Companies such as Tracer and Creation Heavy Equipment Trading (UAE), MaliaTec (Lebanon), and Traklink (Jordan) show that strong performance is seen across different countries in the Middle East.
