Wialon Top 10 Africa 2026: Expanding horizons

Cover 1600x896 Africa

The Wialon Top 10 ranking is a cherished tradition for our global partner community. Each year, we take a moment to look back on the progress made together and shine a spotlight on partners whose growth and achievements were particularly impressive.

Region by region, we travel around the globe, celebrating the professionalism and achievements of the Wialon community and reflecting their inspiring dedication and success in our regional rankings. These rankings feature the top 10 companies in the region that connected the largest number of vehicles to the platform during the 2025 calendar year.

We’ve already explored South and North America, visited Europe, and made a stop in APAC. Now, it’s time to find our way to Africa — and to do that, we will follow the white rabbit the yellow Wialon duck, safely guiding us across the ocean right to the continent’s shores.

The rising pace of fleet digitalization

Africa remains one of the most dynamic regions in the global telematics landscape. The strong progress of our partners across the whole continent shows how businesses are adopting more sophisticated solutions as fleet sizes grow, logistics networks expand, and expectations for safety, transparency, and efficiency rise.

Advanced reporting, fleet safety, and cargo protection remain key priorities in the region. Businesses are also seeking deeper integrations with ERP systems. At the same time, video monitoring solutions are gaining traction, particularly in South Africa and Kenya. Regulatory developments are also becoming more important in the region. Similar to European practices, a number of North African countries are likely to introduce tachograph and ELD requirements aimed at improving safety and standardizing operations, which is expected to accelerate the adoption of more advanced and compliant telematics solutions.

As seen in other regions with strong growth potential, the most rapid development tends to occur in countries with strategic infrastructure. Côte d’Ivoire is a clear example, where the Port of Abidjan — one of West Africa’s main transport hubs — continues to drive rapid business growth and strong demand for cargo tracking.

“We’re seeing telematics adoption steadily grow across multiple sectors in Africa. Public transport is emerging as a major driver, while logistics and transportation continue to be the core market. At the same time, construction, mining, and cargo tracking are expanding as companies look for better visibility and stronger asset protection.

Wialon offers a broad set of tools to support the needs of these industries, and it’s inspiring to see how our partners across the region use it in a wide spectrum of projects to achieve truly impressive results.”

See who leads the way

Our ranking is led by Vivacom from Algeria — impressively keeping their top position from the previous year. The company joined Wialon in 2024, immediately built strong momentum and expanded its regional footprint, achieving extraordinary results in a short time.

Vivacom's striking growth, along with an exceptional ability to spearhead several large-scale national projects reflects both their ambition and strong execution. It is this drive that has once again secured them the number one spot in our ranking. Congratulations!

2nd place is taken by WorldRisk, a company from South Africa that has steadily climbed the regional ranking over the past few years. After ranking 5th in 2024, and 3rd in 2025, the partner now reaches 2nd place in 2026. With a strong focus on high-value cargo protection and transportation risk mitigation, WorldRisk supports secure logistics operations across sub-Saharan Africa.

Camtrack from Cameroon takes 3rd place this year. A long-standing Wialon partner since 2016, the company marks 10 years of partnership in 2026. Headquartered in Douala, Camtrack has grown into a major player in Central Africa, operating across 14 countries and contributing to large-scale initiatives in digital mobility and road safety.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to see Vivacom in the well-deserved number 1 spot in our partner rankings. Last year, they also secured the top position in the list and travelled all the way from Algeria to join us in Vilnius, Lithuania, for our Telematics and Connected Mobility Conference. It was a memorable moment to see them on stage — and now they’re in the spotlight again. This continued success reflects Vivacom’s strong expertise in fleet digitalization and their ability to deliver tailored solutions for the Algerian market.

Huge congratulations to Vivacom for the great work! Collaboration with your team is always a highlight — communication is seamless, engaging, and easy at every step. We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the local landscape through your perspective, and our conversations always leave a lasting positive impression.”

The celebration goes on tour

In 2026, we’re hosting Wialon Top Partners awards ceremonies across a series of local partner gatherings instead of one global event like it used to be before. This means the celebration becomes more local — bringing the experience closer to you and creating a great setting to celebrate achievements within your regional community.

We have 4 events planned throughout the year — save the dates:
