Wialon Top 10 Europe 2026: Expertise that moves the market

Wialon Top Partners Europe Cover

After meeting the leaders of Wialon Top Partners 2026 in North and South America, we (and our duck, of course) crossed the Atlantic and arrived in Europe. So, who made it to the top on this side of the ocean?

Wialon Top Partners is our annual ranking that celebrates the companies connecting the most vehicles to Wialon in each of the 7 regions: Africa, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America. With more than 4 million vehicles connected to Wialon worldwide, the ranking offers a closer look at how our partners grow their businesses and shape the fleet management landscape in their regions.

This year, we’re taking a journey around the globe with a series of articles. Throughout March, we are revealing the rankings region by region. Our next stop is Europe — a region that remains a powerhouse of fleet digitalization.

Wialon in Europe’s fleet management market

Europe continues to be one of the most stable and steadily growing regions for Wialon. Much of this progress comes from our partners — fleet management service providers with strong technical expertise and deep knowledge of their local markets. Many have worked with Wialon for years, gradually expanding their offerings beyond basic fleet tracking. Today their solutions often include video telematics, driver behavior monitoring, advanced reporting, and custom integrations that help businesses manage fleets more efficiently.

Most demand in Europe still comes from logistics and transportation. Companies in these sectors use fleet digitalization tools to meet regulatory requirements, plan routes more efficiently, reduce operating costs, and improve fleet performance. At the same time, solutions powered by Wialon are actively expanding into other industries, including rental and leasing, agriculture, construction, and heavy equipment management.

When it comes to countries, the European market is highly diverse. Partners across the continent are actively expanding their customer base and developing new — and sometimes non-standard — solutions. This diversity is also reflected in this year’s ranking. Let’s take a look at the companies that made the Top 10 in Europe.

Who made the Top 10 in Europe

Here are the companies that connected the highest number of vehicles to Wialon in Europe between January 1 and December 31, 2025.

Ukrainian service providers secured the first 3 spots in the ranking — with OVERSEER leading the list.

This company is known for developing complex fleet management solutions for agrotech and logistics businesses, often building custom integrations that connect telematics data with clients’ operational systems.

Congratulations to OVERSEER! The company is demonstrating steady growth, moving up from 2nd place in the 2025 ranking. What stands out to me is their constant interest in new tools and products, as well as their openness to sharing knowledge with colleagues, clients, and the wider fleet management community. I believe this mindset plays a big role in their success.

Right behind it is U-Online, which has consistently appeared among our top partners and stayed in Europe’s top 2 for 4 consecutive years. AVL Systems takes 3rd place this year, making a notable leap from 8th place in the previous ranking.

Following the Top-3 is Navicom SRL from Moldova, a Wialon partner since 2012. Another Ukrainian company, Antenor, ranks 5th this year. However, this company operates not only in Ukraine but also across the broader European market.

Scortel, a Bulgarian company with a diverse technology portfolio, is next in the list. While GPS tracking and fleet management are important parts of its offering, the company is also known for its work in mobile satellite communications and maritime systems.

Almaks d.o.o. Beograd, one of our long-standing partners in Serbia with engineering roots dating back to 1991, is also among the Top-10. Spain is represented by Sateliun by Fagor, a Wialon partner for more than a decade.

One of the new names in this year’s Top-10 is MROService from Finland. Our collaboration with the company began only in 2024, but it quickly demonstrated strong growth. Rounding out the list is Vanguarder from the United Kingdom, appearing in the European ranking for the 2nd time.
