With Wialon Top Partners 2025, we once again shine a spotlight on the companies leading the way in digital transformation of fleets. The ranking brings together the top 10 performers from each of Wialon’s 7 regions: Africa, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America. Based on the number of vehicles connected to Wialon over the past 12 months, it highlights the values of innovation, reliability, and collaboration that drive success in telematics and connected mobility.
We did an exclusive grand reveal of the rankings during a special ceremony at our Telematics and Connected Mobility conference, held in Vilnius, Lithuania, on September 10–11. It was a truly inspiring moment, and we’d like to thank everyone who joined us in person to share it.

Europe is one of the leading regions for fleet digitalization, often setting benchmarks for other markets worldwide. In May, hundreds of businesses from the region gathered in Berlin, Germany, for the first-ever GITEX Europe — a large-scale tech event shaping the future of the industry on the continent. Wialon was there, happy to meet with our partners in person and find out more about regional trends.

If we paint the picture with broad strokes, Eastern and Central Europe typically favor fuel monitoring, tachograph solutions, and logistics applications. Western and Northern Europe tend to focus more on video telematics, driver behavior analysis, and AI-based analytics.
Despite the differences, one common thread is the steady rise of innovation, with Wialon partners playing a key role in shaping local telematics landscapes.

Ukraine stands out, with 6 out of 10 companies in the ranking — a clear sign that even in the hardest of times, businesses continue to drive fleet digitalization forward. Traditionally, growth in Ukraine has been fueled by the agricultural sector, which remains as relevant as ever. Stationary asset monitoring is increasingly gaining importance, driven by the widespread use of diesel generators that require reliable control in current conditions. International transportation continues to grow, supported by Wialon’s integration with Poland’s SENT platform, which streamlines compliance for fleets operating along transit routes through the country. Together, these factors demonstrate both the resilience of our Ukrainian partners and their ability to keep advancing the industry despite the challenges they face.
In Germany, strict legal frameworks such as GDPR set high standards for fleet solutions, as continuous video recording of drivers, pedestrians, or license plates is not permitted without active, informed consent. This pushes fleet managers toward innovative solutions, namely AI-powered dashcams that blur sensitive details in real time and automatically delete footage when no critical events occur — protecting privacy while ensuring safety.
Further west, Spain presents a distinctive landscape, where the focus is firmly on accelerating digital transformation in logistics and transport. Strong demand for eco-driving solutions and growing interest in seamless integrations with companies’ own ERP systems are shaping priorities across the industry. This momentum is reflected in our ranking: 2 Spanish companies have secured spots in the top 10, underscoring both the strength of local players and the vast opportunities that lie ahead.

“Hats off to everyone on the list! A big cheer goes to U-Online and OVERSEER for taking the top spots. Seeing all our Ukrainian partners grow and develop in such tough circumstances says everything about their grit and determination. And let’s not forget Localizador Sherlog from Spain, who leveled up from fourth to third place this year — nicely done!
What makes our European partners shine is their mix of know-how, flexibility, and curiosity for new tech. They don’t just follow industry trends — they keep raising the bar and showing what’s possible in fleet digitalization.”
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners — your dedication and professionalism are truly inspiring. Your valuable contributions continue to shape and advance fleet management across your regions.
