The ranking — calculated by the number of vehicles connected over the past 12 months — reflects the ingenuity, reliability, and cooperative spirit that fuel progress in telematics and connected mobility.

We did an exclusive grand reveal of the rankings during a special ceremony at our Telematics and Connected Mobility conference, held in Vilnius, Lithuania, on September 10–11. It was a truly inspiring moment, and we’d like to thank everyone who joined us in person to share it.

During our recent trips to Exposec and ESS+, we observed that regional priorities center on security, video telematics, and cargo risk management — fields in which Wialon is actively driving impact today. These events showed us that across the whole of South America, partners are engaged and opportunities are abundant, setting the stage for continued growth and collaboration in the region. 

Now, let’s take a closer look at the companies leading this transformation in our 2025 ranking.

The ranking immediately reveals a clear trend. Chile has built a strong reputation for embracing new technologies and maintaining a stable business environment. The government’s continued support for technology and investment has further encouraged both international players to enter the country and local companies to grow and innovate. In our 2025 ranking, GPS Chile takes the top position, followed by TecnoGPS in 2nd place and GPS7000 in 3rd.

Though Chilean presence in the Top 10 is impressive, the versatility of the region is crystal clear as well. From Colombia in the northern part of the continent down to Argentina — partners in countries across the whole South America are showing growth and development.
