Wialon Top Partners 2025 continues our annual tradition of recognizing the companies driving fleet digitalization around the globe. Each year, we rank the top 10 partners in each of the 7 regions Wialon partners operate in: Africa, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America. The results, based on the number of vehicles connected to Wialon over the last 12 months, celebrate the innovation, consistency, and collaboration that make our partners stand out in the telematics and connected mobility industry.
We did an exclusive grand reveal of the rankings during a special ceremony at our Telematics and Connected Mobility conference, held in Vilnius, Lithuania, on September 10–11. It was a truly inspiring moment, and we’d like to thank everyone who joined us in person to share it.

And now, we’re excited to share the lists for everyone to see — keep reading this article to discover which Wialon partners are leading the way in the Middle East.
The Middle East is a dynamic and multifaceted region, where rapid urbanization, infrastructure megaprojects, and growing regulatory requirements fuel demand for advanced fleet management solutions. Similar to other regions, here each country presents its own unique mix of challenges and opportunities, but together they form a landscape where local expertise and strong partnerships are essential for success.
All of this comes together in our regional ranking — discover the complete list below:
Rank | Company | Country |

In Iraq, where oil plays a central role in the economy, fleet digitalization is gaining momentum. With many sectors still untapped, the country offers vast opportunities for growth. Here, Wialon holds a leading position thanks to Integrated Solutions, our long-time partner since 2013 and the #1 company in this year’s ranking, which continues to drive fleet digitalization in an environment where quality and reliability are in high demand.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia stands out as the region’s largest automotive market, with millions of vehicles on the road and a steady shift toward electrification and digitalization, as well as the introduction of stricter government regulations. The launch of large-scale initiatives such as the WASL platform, which centralizes monitoring of all commercial land transport, reflects the country’s focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency. This dynamic environment is evident in our ranking, where six Saudi companies secured places in the top 10, with Genesis Tracking and Al Rasid taking 2nd and 3rd spots respectively.
Even these two examples are enough to highlight the diversity of the region — from emerging markets exemplified by Iraq to highly regulated environments such as Saudi Arabia — where Wialon partners continue to turn local challenges into opportunities for growth, cementing their role as key players in the digital transformation of fleets.

“Big cheers to all the companies in the ranking — and a special nod to Integrated Solutions, who have once again claimed first place with confidence. The dominance of Saudi companies this year highlights just how vibrant and opportunity-rich the regional market has become.
Speaking of energy and Saudi Arabia — there’s a whole other leaderboard to conquer! Of course, I mean the contest to win a spot in Wialon Challenge Dakar 2026 in the Saudi desert. Who knew telematics could lead to a desert rally?”
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners — your dedication and professionalism are truly inspiring. Your valuable contributions continue to shape and advance fleet management across your regions.
