IoT market research firm Berg Insight has named Gurtam among the top 10 providers of fleet management solutions in Turkey and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries — Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
For partners growing their businesses with Wialon and fleets considering solutions powered by our technology, the ranking offers independent confirmation of our established position in the region.
The report comes as Wialon continues to build on its long-standing presence in the Middle East, with a new data center in Saudi Arabia and our annual community reunion in Dubai.
What the report tells us about the region
Berg Insight estimates that, at the end of 2025, around 6.4 million commercial vehicles across the GCC countries and Turkey were using fleet management systems. By 2030, that number is expected to reach 12.5 million — nearly doubling in 5 years and creating more opportunities for Wialon partners to help fleets digitalize their operations.
The report also shows how diverse the region’s market for fleet management solutions is.
- The list of the top 10 solution providers includes companies based in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and India. Gurtam, headquartered in Lithuania, is the only EU-based provider on the list.
- Some companies focus mainly on their home markets, while others work internationally. Gurtam belongs to the second group. Through a network of trusted partners, Wialon is used in 160+ countries, so its strong presence in the Middle East is part of a much wider footprint. In June 2026, Berg Insight also recognized Gurtam as one of the largest providers of fleet management solutions in Latin America.

Wialon in the Middle East: A closer look
Across the Middle East, Wialon is used for a broad range of fleet projects. Here are just a few examples:
-
MaliaTec, a Wialon partner from Lebanon, built a fleet management solution for a cold-chain delivery company in the UAE, serving brands including Amazon and Carrefour. As a result, MaliaTec’s client reached a 98% success rate for guaranteed next-day deliveries, reduced monthly mileage by 6%, and cut delivery time by 4%. Read the case →
-
Integrated Solutions, a Wialon partner from Iraq, delivered a fleet management and security solution for one of the country’s largest oil product distributors. The solution consolidated vehicle, driver, and trip data into a single system, automated route monitoring, and helped the company achieve zero fuel thefts across a fleet of 25,000+ trucks. -
TrakLink, a Wialon partner from Jordan, rolled out a driver-behavior monitoring solution for an international energy company. After implementation, harsh driving events dropped by 85% and overspeeding by 90%, while compliance with driving and rest time rules improved. Read the case →
The strength of the local partner network is also evident in the Wialon Top 10 Middle East ranking. Every year, Wialon Top Partners recognizes the providers that connected the most vehicles to Wialon in each of 7 regions. In the 2026 edition, Integrated Solutions from Iraq took 1st place in the Middle East for the 3rd year in a row.

Four other companies in the top 5 — Traking Systems, Genesis Tracking, Al Rasid, and QOAD — are based in Saudi Arabia. This country clearly stands out in the ranking, and it’s one of Wialon’s key markets in the region. The number of vehicles connected to Wialon in Saudi Arabia grew by more than 50% in 2025; today, more than 40 local partners manage over 100,000 vehicles in the Kingdom.
Wialon has been strengthening its presence alongside that growth. In August 2026, we opened a new data center in Saudi Arabia, adding to our existing infrastructure in Europe and the United States. Partners that previously relied on Wialon Local to keep data in-country can now also offer Wialon Hosting and Wialon Lite while keeping commercial fleet data inside the Kingdom.

What’s next
This winter, Wialon partners in the Middle East will meet again in the UAE, with Berg Insight’s recognition giving us another reason to celebrate how far we’ve come.
We’re talking about our annual event: the Wialon community reunion in Dubai. This year, it takes place on December 7, the day before GITEX GLOBAL opens its exhibition halls.
Alongside networking and discussions about the future of fleet digitalization, we'll announce the latest GPS Hardware Manufacturers Top 10 ranking, highlighting the manufacturers with the most new devices connected to Wialon over the past 12 months.
Then, from December 8–11, Wialon will join GITEX GLOBAL 2026 at Expo City Dubai with the fleet management hub, a shared space where software, hardware, and connectivity partners show their solutions together.
We’ll share full details on the Wialon blog soon, including who will join us at the hub and what to expect there. But if you already know you’ll be in Dubai, you don’t have to wait for the announcement to arrange a meeting.

The Berg Insight ranking recognizes the position Wialon has built across the GCC countries and Turkey over the years. That scale comes from our partners’ work every day — winning new projects, solving real fleet challenges, supporting their customers, and growing their own businesses. Thank you to everyone who has been part of that progress. I hope to see many of you in Dubai this December, at the Wialon community reunion and at GITEX GLOBAL — to reconnect, share experiences, and talk about the opportunities ahead.
