Teltonika Telematics, an international leader in manufacturing devices for fleet management and IoT, holds the top spot in our ranking. For the third year in a row, the company has maintained its premier position, remaining one of the most sought-after hardware providers for their partners.
Wialon partners’ choice: Teltonika FMB920
More than 700,000 Teltonika Telematics devices are now connected to Wialon, with a quarter of them being the Teltonika FMB920 trackers. This compact model, equipped with Bluetooth and an internal backup battery, is suitable for various applications in fleet management projects.

Navtelecom takes second place. Since the inception of our annual hardware manufacturers ranking in 2019, Navtelecom has been included in every edition. The company is known for producing three distinct lines of devices — START, SMART, and SIGNAL — that cover different fleet owners’ needs, from basic GPS tracking to more advanced tasks.
Wialon partners’ choice: Navtelecom SMART S-24xx
The SMART S-24xx offers an optimal balance of cost and functionality. We recently published a use case demonstrating how this device has been effectively integrated into a solution for monitoring tire pressure and temperature in dump trucks. And this is just one of many examples of how this tracker can be applied.

Jimi IoT secures third place in this ranking. Jimi loT is a high-tech company specializing in location services. Their hardware range includes smart terminals for vehicles, e-scooters, assets, cargo, livestock, and more, ensuring that businesses across industries can find solutions tailored to their needs.
Wialon partners’ choice: Concox GT06N
Released over a decade ago under the Concox brand (the company’s previous name), the GT06N remains a highly popular GPS tracking device. The GT06N is a tried-and-true tracker suitable for managing both personal vehicles and entire fleets.
Fourth place is awarded to Queclink Wireless Solutions, a company developing innovative IoT devices. Their hardware has a wide range of applications, ranging from smart farming solutions in Israel to monitoring Coca-Cola containers in Papua New Guinea. In other words, the company’s products demonstrate extensive reach and versatility.
Wialon partners’ choice: Queclink GL320MG
The GL320MG is the LTE version of the GL300 asset tracker. It is used in business operations where real-time location tracking is essential. That’s why this device is trusted for various purposes, including package delivery, vehicle tracking, long-distance transportation, and personal tracking.
Suntech/ST Sunlab moved up one position from last year to secure fifth place in this ranking. Founded in 2001 in South Korea, it has now grown into a major international company with offices in Hong Kong, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and the United States. To date, it has shipped over 8 million devices worldwide.
Wialon partners’ choice: Suntech ST4315
The Suntech ST4315 is a wired tracker featuring customizable inputs/outputs for various sensors and accessories. Designed for vehicle tracking and fleet management, this telemetry device is frequently chosen by insurance, security, and logistics companies.
GLONASSsoft holds the sixth position. This hardware manufacturer has been operating in the market for 17 years, consistently delivering reliable products. GLONASSsoft maintains an in-house production line, provides a lifetime warranty on its devices, and offers opportunities for test-driving them.
Wialon partners’ choice: UMKa310
The UMKa310 tracker is a compact, budget-friendly device with low data traffic consumption suited for basic monitoring tasks. In addition to tracking the location, speed, and direction of vehicle movement, it can also be used for fuel monitoring.
Ruptela, a global telematics company specializing in the development of GPS tracking devices, is ranked seventh. Established in 2007, the company has evolved from a local startup with just three employees to a global enterprise with over 150 staff members, serving clients in more than 120 countries.

The Ruptela Trace5 is designed for efficient vehicle tracking and fleet management. It is used for monitoring vehicle and cargo conditions, detecting accidents, recovering stolen vehicles, identifying drivers, and managing other fleet-related tasks.
TOPFLYtech has returned to our ranking and is placed at number eight. Last year, they fell just short of making it into the top ten. TOPFLYtech is a hardware provider specializing in tracking vehicles, assets, humans, and animals. However, their devices are also adept at handling other tasks such as environment monitoring, temperature control, door detection, and fuel level monitoring.
Wialon partners’ choice: Topflytech TLW2-12BL
The Topflytech TLW2-12BL is a small hardwired tracker for GPS tracking. When integrated with BLE sensors, it can monitor temperature, humidity, door status, and more. This model caters to the need for different customized solutions and is used in logistics and cold chain industries to enhance work efficiency and reduce costs.

FleetGuide holds the ninth position in our ranking, maintaining its spot from last year. This hardware manufacturer stands out by focusing exclusively on producing just two devices for GPS tracking: FleetGuide 4 and FleetGuide 6. Notably, both devices enjoy stable demand among Wialon partners.

The FleetGuide 4 tracker is equipped with internal antennas for discreet installation and is suitable for both mobile and stationary assets. It features digital interfaces that support the connection of up to 8 fuel level sensors or other essential equipment.
Gosafe debuts in our ranking, securing the tenth place. They’ve made an incredible leap, moving up nearly 250 positions since last year — a truly remarkable achievement! Gosafe is a dynamic leader in products and services for fleet management. Whether it’s securing transport against unauthorized movements, tracking cargo routes, or monitoring employee locations, Gosafe devices can handle it all.

The Gosafe G1C tracker is easy to install and simple to use for GPS monitoring. Its compact size and water-resistant design make it ideal for mounting anywhere in a car or motorcycle, ensuring reliable tracking.
