In this article, we share an overview of our plans for 2026.
This year, we’re organizing 3 trips across Latin America. As Berg Insight ranks Wialon among the top fleet management platforms in Latin America by number of connected vehicles, our focus on the region feels only natural. We’ll also be heading to Dubai, UAE, to attend GITEX Global, one of the world’s leading technology exhibitions.
At the same time, we’re expanding our global reach online, with a diverse program designed to connect communities worldwide. Choose what suits you — and let’s meet soon.
Meeting offline: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and the UAE
We’re kicking off our offline season in Brazil, and São Paulo will be the first stop.
On May 31, we’re hosting a Wialon community reunion, an exclusive event for Wialon partners to reconnect, exchange experiences, celebrate achievements, and hear first-hand updates from the Wialon team and local fleet management experts. Watch your inbox — invitations are coming soon!
Right after that, from June 1 to 3, we’ll stay in São Paulo for Exposec, one of the key technology expos in the region. You’ll find us at our fleet management hub, together with hardware manufacturers, connectivity providers, and other technology partners. Whether you want to see Wialon in action, explore telematics devices, or start new collaborations with industry professionals — this is the place to be.
While part of the Wialon team is in Brazil, another will head to Mexico. In Mexico City, we’re preparing a similarly rich program, starting with a community reunion on June 1, centered on meaningful networking, shared insights, and open conversations with the Wialon team. If you haven’t yet, now’s a good moment to mark your calendar.
Traditionally, the reunion is held before Expo Seguridad, one of the largest security exhibitions in Latin America, taking place on June 2-4. We’ll be presenting another fleet management hub, alongside our technology partners. If vehicle and cargo security, driver safety, or better visibility into fleet operations are on your agenda, this hub is worth a closer look.
Next on our route is Bogotá, Colombia. From August 26 to 28, we’ll be at ESS+ International Security Fair, another major regional expo. Our fleet management hub will be there as well, showcasing the latest solutions for fleet digitalization.
And for our partners who are living in or visiting Colombia during this time, there’s something extra to look forward to: on August 27, we’re planning a partner dinner, an informal, relaxed evening to strengthen community ties and simply spend time together outside the exhibition halls.
Our final destination of the year is Dubai.
The community reunion will take place on December 7, and while it may seem far away now, we’re already preparing something special. It will be a moment to wrap up the year, reflect on achievements, and talk openly about what’s ahead.
From December 7 to 11, we’ll also be part of GITEX Global — one of the world’s largest tech exhibitions. If reducing fleet costs, automating everyday operations, and improving overall fleet efficiency are among your current challenges, we invite you to visit our fleet management hub, which will be there as well, and find the solutions the market offers today.

Meeting online: Webinars and Open Mics
Our online agenda for 2026 is just as busy as our offline one.
Last year, we ran webinars almost every month — in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Some sessions focused on new Wialon features and product updates. Others explored key topics in fleet digitalization, from fuel management and video telematics to anti-theft solutions and beyond. Many of these webinars were co-hosted with our technology partners, bringing their expertise into the conversation.
So, what’s planned for 2026?
We’re staying on course: relevant topics, new experts, and sessions in different languages. Webinars remain a great way not only to learn something new, but also to ask questions and join live discussions.

Launched last year and continuing into 2026, Open Mic — a community-driven webinar format where Wialon partners share their own expertise on industry-specific topics.
Open Mic sessions are light, practical, and focused on real experience. Topics are proposed by fleet management service providers, hardware manufacturers, and software developers working with Wialon. Recent sessions covered practical work with BLE sensors, moving from basic to advanced API integrations, and the differences between basic and professional fuel sensors. And there’s much more planned for the year ahead.
