The Wialon team is gearing up for a dynamic year filled with major industry events across the planet. From the largest tech shows to our signature community gatherings, we are dedicated to strengthening our network, fostering new partnerships, and showcasing Wialon to thousands worldwide.

But that’s not all — we have something special in store for 2025. Toward the end of the year, we’ll be hosting a large-scale event in Vilnius, Lithuania, in a brand-new format.

GITEX Africa — April 14-16, Marrakesh, Morocco

The Wialon team is kicking off its 2025 event season with a return to Morocco for GITEX Africa, the continent’s premier tech and startup exhibition. Held annually in Marrakesh, this event brings together global leaders, innovators, and policymakers to explore key advancements in telematics and IoT, as well as mission-critical cloud, cyber tech, AI, the metaverse, quantum computing, and sustainability.

As GITEX Africa continues to drive technological growth across the region, Wialon is excited to be part of the conversation. Find us at Booth 12D-40, Place Bab Jdid!

Networking doesn’t stop when the expo doors close. On April 15, we will be hosting a partner dinner, offering a perfect setting to exchange ideas, build stronger relationships, and reflect on key industry trends in a more informal and comfortable atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you there!

GITEX Europe — May 21-23, Berlin, Germany

Just a month later, the Wialon team will be heading to GITEX Europe — the very first edition of this renowned expo on the continent, marketed as Europe’s largest tech event. Endorsed by Berlin’s Senate Department for Economics, Energy, and Public Enterprises, GITEX Europe will debut in Germany, bringing together leading tech giants, innovators, and thought leaders.

With an estimate of 60,000 attendees, 2,500 exhibitors, and over 1,000 startups from more than 100 countries, this event is set to become a key platform for shaping Europe’s tech landscape. Our team is thrilled to participate in the first-ever European GITEX — we’ll be welcoming visitors at Booth H4.2-33, H4.2-34 at Messe Berlin.

As part of our visit, we’re also looking forward to connecting with our partners in a more informal setting. On May 22, we will be hosting a special dinner to spend time together, strengthen our partnerships, and share insights in a relaxed atmosphere. Wialon community reunion — June 9, São Paulo, Brazil

A day before the Exposec exhibition in São Paulo, we will hold our first Wialon community reunion for the year, bringing together partners from Latin America and beyond. Meeting our partners in person is always a highlight for the Wialon team — these gatherings create lasting memories and strengthen our community.

As always, the event will focus on networking, knowledge sharing, and collaborative brainstorming, fostering the perfect environment for new business opportunities.

Exposec — June 10-12, São Paulo, Brazil

Energized by our community reunion and ready to reach new milestones, we’ll head straight into Exposec — a three-day tech exhibition in São Paulo. This key industry event highlights the latest innovations in electronic, private, personal, property, and corporate security.

Once again, the Wialon team will showcase our signature fleet management hub — a dynamic collaborative space where visitors can explore Wialon’s capabilities alongside the latest advancements from our co-exhibitors. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about Wialon, connect with our top executives, and discover the latest hardware and software solutions from our partners.

Wialon community reunion — June 23, Mexico City, Mexico

The second gathering of Wialon partners this year will take place in Mexico City a day before Expo Seguridad. This event has already become a valued tradition, and we will be delighted to once again reconnect with our partners for a day of engaging discussions and productive networking.

Expo Seguridad — June 24-26, Mexico City, Mexico

Right after our exciting reunion event, Wialon will take part in Expo Seguridad, one of the most important security exhibitions in Latin America. This event gathers security experts, technology providers, and decision-makers to explore cutting-edge security solutions and innovations.

This will be the second event of the year where our team welcomes you to the Wialon fleet management hub — a dedicated exhibition space designed to provide everything visitors need in one place. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with our team, explore how Wialon can optimize business operations, and learn about the latest solutions and hardware from our co-exhibitor partners. ESS+ Colombia — August 27-29, Bogotá, Colombia

As security remains a top priority in the Latin American business landscape, it’s only natural that the next major event on our schedule is another key security exhibition.

In 2025, ESS+ International Security Fair in Colombia will mark an impressive milestone — 30 years of fostering business opportunities and opening new markets for the security industry. Our team is ready to welcome hundreds of visitors to our fleet management hub and showcase the latest advancements in telematics and IoT.

Beyond the expo floor, we value the opportunity to engage with our partners in a more personal setting. On August 28, we will be hosting a special dinner to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen our relationships in a relaxed atmosphere. Telematics and Connected Mobility — September 10-11, Vilnius, Lithuania

This event is undoubtedly one of the most exciting on our calendar. Hosted by Gurtam, the developer of Wialon, this large-scale, two-day industry conference will bring together telematics experts and industry professionals from around the world.

With its special format — a combination of a tech expo and a conference — the event will not only showcase innovations across all Gurtam products and the broader telematics sector but also feature expert presentations on key industry topics. Attendees can expect valuable insights into business trends, software developments, and technical solutions from leading R&D teams, as well as the award ceremony for the Wialon Top Partners 2025 ranking.

The last Wialon community reunion of the year will be held just before GITEX GLOBAL 2025, an exceptional exhibition that proudly claims to be the largest and most global tech event to date. This gathering offers partners from the region and beyond a valuable opportunity to meet in person, exchange ideas, showcase projects, and discuss the latest telematics and IoT trends. It also serves as a key platform for expanding business networks and fostering new collaborations within the Wialon ecosystem.

As part of the event, we will also hold the award ceremony for the GPS Hardware Manufacturers Top 10 ranking, recognizing the industry’s leading hardware providers. This prestigious moment will recognize the manufacturers whose devices have been the most frequently connected to Wialon over the past 12 months, showcasing their success and industry impact.

Finally, the grand finale of Wialon’s 2025 event season is none other than GITEX GLOBAL — a massive tech exhibition held in Dubai, UAE.
